• Dell Technologies Inc.: Dell Technologies provides state-of-the-art IT-infrastructure and AI technology while Bosch Rexroth’s CtrlX ecosystem is a game changer for the automation industry. We combined the strengths of both players to build a scalable and secure digitalization appliance for the shopfloor. The aim of this appliance is to dramatically speed up the digitalization of production processes and increase the impact of AI on production. At BCW we show a joint appliance that is easy to implement and manage. The appliance allows the agile deployment of new technology at the shopfloor. Rexroth’s CtrlX automation is deployed and managed by Dell’s NativeEdge software. We use this platform to bring AI to conventional robots. The software of CtrlX world partner Vathos allows the robots to become smart enough to pick random items which is a highly relevant industry 4.0 use case. Generative AI is used by the CtrlX world partner Mairotec on the Dell infrastructure to create an industrial co-pilot. This simplifies the operation of the Dell/Rexroth appliance and the ecosystem built on top of it even more.

• ETAS: Diagnostics: Simultaneous development of ECU and Tester features. See a Fuel Cell Power Module (FCPM) Diagnostic Tester used by Bosch engineers to diagnose, service system during pre-launch activities. We illustrate how product development and service/repair concepts can be developed together before release to the customer by verification and validation of product, diagnostic test and repair information. Experience selected uses cases showing how the Fuel Cell Powertrain issues and diagnosed leading to repair.
